Earle has been in the world of real estate since 2011 — Long before that, he was trained to serve with discipline, precision, and purpose. He spent seven years in the U.S. Army, including two deployments to Iraq. That experience shaped how he works today; with integrity, accountability, and a deep commitment to getting the job done right.

In 2013, he became a Certified Residential Appraiser and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Leadership & Commerce from Murray State University. Earle went on to receive two designations from the Appraisal Institute — the SRA in 2014 and the AI-RRS in 2015 — Credentials that reflect his commitment to professional excellence and ongoing education in the field.

In 2020, he became a licensed REALTOR® to better advocate for people navigating the often overwhelming process of buying and selling property. He has seen firsthand how confusing the real estate world can be, especially in more rural or niche markets like ours — and his goal is to bring clarity, confidence, and simplicity to every client interaction.
